退款政策

如果您收到了有缺陷的產品，或是發現產品有任何問題，請於收到貨物後兩個工作天內發送電子郵件至 midoria@midoria.com.hk，或WhatsApp至2386 6808，並附上相關產品的圖片，我們將馬上與您聯繫，商議換貨或退款。

 

• 所有售出之特價貨品、人為損壞之貨品，均不設退換
• 問題貨物必須在與我們溝通後 14 天內寄回
  
• 貨物必須附有所有標籤並使用原包裝
• 貨物品必須退回到我們指定的退貨地點
• 換貨僅適用於更換相同款式(包括尺寸及顏色)，不可交換不同款式的貨品
• 如果換貨產品缺貨，我們將以退款處理

我們會盡快處理您的退貨，在收到退還的問題商品後，我們會在3-7個工作天內處理您的退款或安排換貨。

Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you receive a defective product or notice any issues with the product, please email us at midoria@midoria.com.hk or WhatsApp us at (852)2386 6808 within two working days of receiving the goods, and include relevant pictures of the product. We will contact you immediately to discuss an exchange or refund.

• All discounted items and items damaged by human error are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Problematic goods must be returned within 14 days after communicating with us.
• Goods must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
• Products must be returned to our designated return address.
• Exchanges are only applicable for changing the same style (including size and colour); different styles cannot be exchanged.
• If the exchanged product is out of stock, we will process a refund.
