Q 我還沒有收到包裹應如何處理?
A 如您有包裹的物流號,您可以到我們的訂單查詢頁查看。如果沒有物流號,請以電郵midoria@midoria.com.hk或WhatsApp (852)2386 6808與我們的客服人員聯絡,我們會儘快回覆及跟進。
Q 我應如何支付我的訂單?
A 我們的網站可以支持多種支付方式,如:VISA, Mastercard, AE, Apple Pay 和 Google Pay。也可以使用PayPal、轉數快、PayMe等。
Q 你們的網站安全嗎?
A 您可以放心,在我們網店購物是安全的。Shopify使用最新的安全系統和加密軟件來確保您的個人詳細信息(例如姓名、地址和銀行詳細信息)安全。
Q 我可以修改訂單內容嗎?
A 一旦您下訂單,就無法修改任何詳細信息,我們的倉庫團隊會直接收到訂單,並且開始處理您的訂單。
關於退換
如果您收到了有缺陷的產品,或是發現產品有任何問題,請於收到貨物後兩個工作天內發送電子郵件至 midoria@midoria.com.hk,或WhatsApp至2386 6808,並附上相關產品的圖片,我們將馬上與您聯繫,商議換貨或退款。
- 所有售出之特價貨品、人為損壞之貨品,均不設退換
- 問題貨物必須在與我們溝通後 14 天內寄回
- 貨物必須附有所有標籤並使用原包裝
- 貨物品必須退回到我們指定的退貨中心
- 換貨僅適用於更換相同款式(包括尺寸及顏色),不可交換不同款式的貨品
- 如果換貨產品缺貨,我們將以退款處理
- 我們會盡快處理您的退貨,在收到退還的問題商品後,我們會在3-7個工作天內處理您的退款或安排換貨。

關於運送
我們使用順豐速運在香港地區運送我們的産品。
- 送貨服務不包括離島; 東涌,馬灣 及 愉景灣 除外。
- 送貨至香港國際機場、馬灣、東涌、愉景灣及赤鱲角地區將需要收取額外費用,詳情請聯絡我們查詢。一般來說,會以順豐到付形式付運。
- 其他偏遠地區有機會需要收取額外費用,詳情請聯絡我們查詢。
- 如客人提供之地址有誤而導致貨物無法送達或需另作安排,MIDORIA有權收取額外運費或取消閣下的訂單。
- 客人收到貨品後應盡快檢查該貨品是否有損毀情況,如有損毀或問題,客戶應於兩個工作天內通知本公司以作查驗及安排退換 (如適用)。逾時通知公司有權拒絕安排更換或退貨。
- 關於送貨服務而引起的任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權利。
香港地區運費計算
細件運費:單筆訂單 港幣$399 或以下一律收取運費 港幣$50
大件運費:單筆訂單 港幣$400~799 一律收取運費 港幣$100
免運:單筆訂單購物滿 港幣$800 即可享免費送貨服務 (離島,東涌,馬灣 ,愉景灣 及 其他偏遠地區 除外。)
訂單配送時間
- 訂單通常在付款成功並確認後2-5個工作天出貨。
- 偏遠地區有可能需額外時間安排。
- 我們不會在週末及公眾假期安排送貨。
- 在重大節假日下訂單處理可能會略有延遲,非常感謝您的耐心等待。

About Orders
Q: What should I do if I haven't received my package?
A: If you have a tracking number for your package, you can check it on our order inquiry page. If you do not have a tracking number, please contact our customer service at midoria@midoria.com.hk or via WhatsApp at (852) 2386 6808. We will respond and follow up as soon as possible.
Q: How should I pay for my order?
A: Our website supports multiple payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard, AE, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also use PayPal, Faster Payment System, PayMe, etc.
Q: Is your website secure?
A: You can shop safely on our online store. Shopify uses the latest security systems and encryption software to ensure that your personal details (such as name, address, and bank information) are secure.
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: Once you place an order, you cannot change any details. Our warehouse team will receive the order directly and begin processing it.
About Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective product or discover any issues with the product, please email midoria@midoria.com.hk or WhatsApp 2386 6808 within two business days of receiving the goods, including relevant product images. We will contact you immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.
- All sale items and products damaged by human error are non-returnable.
- Problematic items must be returned within 14 days after communication with us.
- Items must include all labels and be in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned to our designated return center.
- Exchanges are only applicable for the same style (including size and color) and cannot be exchanged for different styles.
- If the exchanged product is out of stock, we will process a refund.
- We will process your return as soon as possible; refunds or exchanges will be arranged within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned items.

About Shipping
We use SF Express to ship our products within Hong Kong.
- Delivery services do not include outlying islands; Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay are excluded.
- Deliveries to Hong Kong International Airport, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Chek Lap Kok will incur additional charges. For details, please contact us. Generally, delivery will be on a cash-on-delivery basis.
- Other remote areas may also incur additional charges; please contact us for details.
- If the address provided by the customer is incorrect, causing the goods to be undeliverable or requiring alternative arrangements, MIDORIA reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees or cancel your order.
- Customers should check the goods as soon as they are received. If there is any damage or issue, customers should notify the company within two business days for inspection and arrangement of returns or exchanges (if applicable). Late notifications may result in the company refusing to arrange for exchanges or returns.
- The company reserves the right of final decision in any disputes arising from delivery services.
Delivery Fee
- Small item delivery fee: For single orders of HKD $399 or below, a delivery fee of HKD $50 will be charged.
- Large item delivery fee: For single orders of HKD $400 to $799, a delivery fee of HKD $100 will be charged.
- Free delivery: Free delivery for single orders of HKD $800 or more (excludes outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and other remote areas).
Order Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Extra time may be required for remote areas. We do not arrange deliveries on weekends and public holidays. Processing of orders during major holidays may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your patience.
